I once heard a story from my boss and he told me that one of our emplyees always got an error. It was very weird and nobody understood what was going wrong.
Untill......my boos saw that every time the employee entered data he checkd it from clode to his screen and hit with his arm (?) a button. That causes clicking OK to give an error.
Maybe you should asking someone to do exacly the same at you're PC. Miracles can happen...
