No, you should just remember to disable randomization after installing the latest openSUSE.
If it's a run-time adjustment like a kernel command line option or a sysctl setting etc, and as long as doing that wouldn't break something else that will have thereafter started requiring that setting, then it's good enough for me. Thank you for the clarification.
