In Konqueror you can already do such a thing. Browse to an RPM, click on it and then select to install with YaST.

I am aware of this, this is not what I was suggesting at all. This method of installing a single rpm will only work if yast already has repositories containing all of its dependencies as sources. It is not a solution. Benjamin Weber
