Can you please make a pull request to the GitHub repo where you will install the same packages using dnf?
https://github.com/marxin/opensuse-vs-fedora/pull/1 It's faster, but keep in mind dnf only has to install 166 packages where zypper installed 191 (though still it took it 3x the time).
