No. The "sabotage" is bypassing the fact that grub does not allow to choose another system to boot while recovering from hibernation, because the scenario I described is known. On a typical machine with one Linux and Windows there is no issue. With several Linuxes, but a common grub (which is never the case), no issue in this respect either.
