[opensuse-factory] Bugs in Leap:42.1

I found a seg fault in Leap:42.1's midnight commander and an update will be available that fixes it but the problem was caused in pcre, a very much used and built against library on our systems. The pcre version in Leap has missed out on numerous fixes and I'm proposing an update to pcre-8.38 that doesn't seg fault with the present mc. Is anyone brave enough to install Base:System/pcre on their system to test, it works on mine?
