[opensuse-factory] Tumbleweed snapshot 20170928 problem

Since upgrading to the snapshot of the subject, I am unable to use to start any graphics application. For example, "kdesu yast" returns "Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 keyQXcbConnection: Could not connect to display :0". I get the same message when running the VirtualBox GUI. Firefox is unable to display any new pages; however, the program starts. My graphics driver is i915. In case it might be helpful, the output of "strace kdesu yast" is attached. Thanks, Larry
