Hi,
So it just needs a package providing the Java Runtime Environment in *any* version greater than or equal to 1.8! As we get new Java versions quite often on Tumbleweed and if your system had been installed quite some time ago, you probably installed java-11-openjdk at that time, it was (and still is) sufficient to solve libreoffice's requirements, so no need to change it.
Thanks for correcting my misunderstanding that libreoffice requires a JRE and not a specific version of openJDK. Wish you have a wonderful day! :D Regards, Poplar.
