[opensuse-factory] X11:Enlightenment:Released as devel project

Hi, I'd like to add X11:Enlightenment:Released project as devel project and start pushing packages from this project to Factory. This project contains released versions of Enlightenment 17 and Enlightenment Foundation Libraries and I believe that is in quite good shape already. Enlightenment 17 reached alpha stage recently, so I believe it would be beneficial to support E17 as next officialy supported option for next openSUSE release (but that is still far future). I'd like to to ask for help with the package review, testing and changing the project to devel one. TIA, Tomas Cech Sleep_Walker
