I'm trying but OBS won't let me ("quota exceeded").
Will something like this:
<project name="home:seife:Factory"> <title/> <description/> <link project="openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Factory"/> <build> <enable/> </build> <repository name="standard" rebuild="direct" linkedbuild="all"> <path project="openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Factory" repository="snapshot"/> <arch>x86_64</arch> </repository> </project>
also work in a linked downstream OBS instance? If yes I'll try to spin up some big workers tomorrow to test it. Yes, it should.
But we do know: if we don't deprecate V1 with the new code stream, we won't do it in the next decade.
And what gains will deprecating V1 bring -- apart from satisfying hardware partners/sponsors? To paraquote Thorsten: why did you remove the part about benefit/cost calculation in my mail?
