[opensuse-factory] new package proposal: npapi-sdk

Hi, npapi-sdk is a new package which only provides pkgconfig and header files to build NPAPI browser plugins. Up to now that stuff was provided from mozilla-xulrunnerX and pkgconfig mozilla-plugin.pc.
