How about package maintainers? From http://en.opensuse.org/Contrib/packages, iperf, banner and twin are maintained by you, webpin by Pascal. What about the rest: httrack, unionfs, python-translate-toolkit - did we ask the maintainers if they wish to participate? And are there enough volunteers to package the remaining packages?
