[opensuse-factory] chromium no longer building on SLE12

Hi all, Just FYI the chromium no longer builds on SLE12. [1] As the fix means there is required update of libdrm on the system I suppose that is not doable on the old system. If nobody comes forward to figure some patch/etc. I will remove the SLE12 support from the chromium package and keep it SLE15/Leap15+.
