There is no breakage of the factory first policy here. Factory first is defined in the open source policy: https://opensource.suse.com/legal/policy and it talks about considering the *sources* of factory as an intermediary upstream for the regularly maintained (SLE, Leap) products. It doesn't talk about sharing the compiler flags at all, these changes could remain a downstream distribution choice without "breaking" the factory first policy. Greetings, Dirk
