I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report problems with the 11.1 installation, but here I go:
I'm just installing openSuSE 11.1, and the partition table displayed during installation is wrong. In the graphical installer, I am shown a couple of partitions that do not exist, and existing partitions are shown with wrong sizes.
A "parted" called on the command line at the same time shows the correct set-up. Since there is data on some of the partitions, I did not proceed with the installation.
Has anyone seens this problem, and is there a way to fix it?
You should make copies of YaST log files, and the output of things like fdisk -l, desribing the differences with the graphical tool. Then you can submit a report into Bugzilla, search for the issue to see if its' already reported. Are you sure the partitioner is not showing you a global list of partitions? You can select individual disks, and it's always shown correct information to me. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
