Droped. Also, I was thinking if makes sense packaging the crates. AFAIU one of the key things about crates is that they are immutable, so cargo can create a binary in a reproducible way. This is something that makes sense in Rust, but that means that we need to provide all the creates in all the versions ever published, in RPM format.
