OK, I will answer my own question here :-) ln -sf /dev/null /etc/udev/rules.d/75-persistent-net-generator.rules ln -sf /dev/null /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules rm /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/network.conf (FAIL! , should get disabled somewhere else, now every systemd update will get me this file again) reboot.
