[opensuse-factory] Tumbleweed 20190916: Global Multimedia Keys not working anymore

*Presumably* with this snapshot (I had directly dup-ed to 20190917) I can no longer use globally defined shortcuts to control my media player (audacious). I have (since ages) defined Alt+{Down,Right,Left} as global alternatives for Media {Next, Play, Stop} and used those to control audacious from the keyboard.
