[opensuse-factory] Libreoffice 5.1.0.2 in the 20160126 snapshot

Why was Libreoffice 5.1.0.2 pushed through to Tumbleweed when it's only a RC and not final released software? I thought the policy of TW was to be software that's been released by upstream.
