[opensuse-factory] zypper complains that the metadata of updates-debug of 13.2 is corrupted or manipulated (where to report?)

During the refresh (zypper ref) of the rpm I am getting a warning that the checksum of the repo of 13.2 update-debug is not correct. I tried also to rebuild my rpm database or to eliminate the repo and put it on again, it seems that this is server sided. Where should one report such an issue? Bugzilla?
