Upstream claims this is a problem fixed last January: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=723487
It looks to me like 13.1 is several releases behind the glibc requirement.
Requirements you listed do not mention glibc at all.
How do I get these builds to run? The corresponding SeaMonkey versions work.
