Welcome! There are not that many Optimus-Users on this list. Meanwhile i found this https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1089116 But in order to get a usable system i have to switch of "composite" in KDE otherwise mouse and keyboard input show unacceptable delays.
