Your failure looks exactly like the one obtained on openQA with a KVM VM (http://openqa.opensuse.org/viewimg/openqa/testresults/openSUSE-NET-x86_64-Bu...).
yes, it does :^) :^(
Something is wrong with libidn.so.11. Are you also using btrfs with encrypted LVM?
btrfs/LVM but not encrypted
Perhaps a littly hasty here and taking elderly memory into account! I get the frozen screen when trying to *initiate* the install from NET iso before having the choice of configuration. So btrfs/LVM are not *yet* involved. Installing 12.2 from NET iso and immediately disabling 12.2 repo and adding factory oss/non-oss, zypper dup has a lot of conflicts and choosing to retain installed instances results in a very small video display, ie: useless. Guess I am not amoung chosen to test factory :^( I will try the next NET iso when it is presented. The previous gave same result (26). or, is there another option? -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
