- check if after doing online updates your libzypp changelog has the following entry:
* Fr Sep 07 2007 - schubi@suse.de - RequirementIsMet: return true only if ALL Atoms are NOT incomplete; Bug 308252
If it doesn't, please attach the test case generated by zypper up --debug-solver
But only do so if your beta3 isn't known to be broken in other ways :)
