I just checked the log files and some media are too large for release. So beta4 might be late, but if that's our only problem we'll be able to fix it in time :)
But it's only the first build of beta4 finished this morning, so it's possible we find more in pre-release testing.
OK, another update: - live cds built fine and I tested 3 of them and all looked good. Didn't start installs though - the DVDs had several problems today and I wasn't able to test a single one. Might still be possible to release them tomorrow, but it appears less likely than this morning. - we solved a fundamental ppc problem today, which actually already blocked beta3 (we were blind) - with some luck, ppc media will be ready not later than beta4 in general.
