And what should be a valid reason in your eyes? A reason for me is that I use the program, but I guess that's no reason for you. Wouldn't a vote system where everyone can vote for packages be better suited for that decision.
Actually, the DVD has _tons_ of packages I don't use. So no, I would accept a "I use it daily to ...".
