I double checked and unfortunatly it requires GNOME 3.4. I've also started splitting up in sub repositories under a new layout, since this is going to be a bitch to maintain.
- GNOME:Cinnamon:GNOME32 - GNOME:Cinnamon:GNOME34 - GNOME:Cinnamon:GNOME36
I'm going to take a look for 12.1 and GNOME32 and get an old version up. I'm going to cleanup also GNOME:Cinnamon and leave only Factory since that's whats coming our way soon (GNOME 3.6).
Once I have GNOME32 fixed I'll let you know.

I am still on Gnome 3.2.1.
Not possible, sorry. Cinnamon 1.6 will be streamlined with GNOME 3.4. Older releases were somehow problematic, so I've decided to wipe them out. Maybe it's time you update to 12.2 :)
I attempted to upgrade to 3.4 but then on reboot it failed abruptly so I revert back to 3.2, but I lost the compliant Cinnamon group of packages.
For luck, do you have saved a copy of all the 12.1/Gnome 3.2 Cinnamon packages so can I re-install?
To upgrade to 12.2 I prefer await a little more ;-)

Dear Nelson, I don't want you loosing time...I am currently upgrading to openSUSE 12.2, then I hopefully could get all the embedded benefits, including Cinnamon.
