Weirdly it was caused by a "Reply to list" on the "New Tumbleweed snapshot 20210920 released!" (resulting in a "Re: New Tumbleweed snapshot 20210920 released!" subject) always resulting in that "550 5.7.1 Spam identified (9.0/5.0)" errors no matter what the body of the mail was.
