Sure. If that can be done now, that would be great. If the current productlines do not make that possible, an other temporary solution can be found.
No idea if a mail can be send by running YOU. It would be a very good idea. Send people an email to root that explains a bit and points them to a website explaining more in detail what to do, why it is done and so on.
We can run scripts via YOU. Its not hard to do. ;) But where to send the mail? root would be the only choice.
OK, who puts this in as a feature request and who should be in CC?
