Yes, please. Hardware support('enablement') is one of the major 'selling points' for distribution release. When new release of Leap drops, most common questions, in my experience, in openSUSE support channels, are "kernel version is too old and I've heard I need something newer so $shiny_new_toy would work?" and "can I stop using out-of-tree kernel module for (mostly wireless, mostly Broadcom) chipset yet?"
IIRC, someone asked in #opensuse recently if their Intel hybrid CPU( Raptor Lake-P?) will be (better)supported with 15.5. Spoiler: it works just fine, apparently, as reported by the user after the upgrade, but suggesting them to try and see rather then being able to check and maybe make an educated guess about that is...not ideal :)
So, bottom line: detailed as you can make it (with emphasis on wired/wireless networking and CPU/GPU support) changelog is not just for the weirdos like me that are curious about that sort of thing, it's also a marketing tool, sort- of :)
