I've installed TW from DVD with the option small server or whatever it's called
/etc/os-release identifies as:
ID="opensuse-tumbleweed" ID_LIKE="opensuse suse" VERSION_ID="20201030" PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE Tumbleweed"
What is weird is some packages are creating /home/package directories. Is this the intended behaviour (which I doubt because my normal desktop doesn't do that).
Any ideas where things are broken ?
No idea, but at least I can confirm that behavior. I was slightly surprised myself.

Yet it's not happening on an earlier installation while upgrading.
