[opensuse-factory] [New Package] GoDot Game Engine

Hi all, I've packaged up the fantastic game engine, GoDot; https://godotengine.org/ This engine is making some pretty impressive strides in presentation, usability, and cross-platform exports. I believe it would be well worth adding to openSUSE, under the games project.
