Slightly off-topic, but it probably affects you: Why is 'devel:/languages:/haskell' no longer available for Leap 15.1?
because the difference between Tumbleweed and actual Leap is bigger every month we are in a situation where we have working ghc-bootstrap for TW ( with small exception, s390x arch) but not for Leap.
So probably a case for "Closing The Tumbleweed Gap" ? This can also be seen in other repositories, e.g. Application:Geo, where you have to install everything but the kitchen sink from there if you are in need of an application from Application:Geo, just because this repo seems TW oriented.
