This space before "default" is kind of disturbing. I suggest to check if the file name is correct. If it is, you might want to run
depmod -a 4.5.0-7.g7f10552-default
and check (and possibly regenerate) your bootloader configuration.

Signal 2 is SIGINT which usually means process terminated using Ctrl-C. Did you do that?

Yes, I was responsible for the signal 2, after a wait from close to half an hour.
