[opensuse-factory] arrow keys not working in mc in konsole

NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-390.25.run GTS450

just noticed that the arrow keys no longer work in mc in konsole 17.12.1.

they work fine in xterm/uxterm/fxterm and a tty
and I have not noticed a problem outside of mc
