ps: Using the present (174) live iso will no chroot into vm
complaining
about missing udev. And 146 requires issuing "vgscan --mknodes", and is necessary to issue "vgchange -ay <name> &" as it will not return to prompt.
more information available upon request.
ps2: just guessing but might this be related to moving udev to systemd as it appears the lvm drives are not being mounted/accessable during boot? Is there a way to test ??
Is no-one seeing this problem?

temp workaround: edit /sbin/mkinitrd, change /sbin/get_kernel_version to /usr/bin/get_kernel_version
Unfortunately, /sbin/mkinitrd already has /usr/bin/get_kernel_version. I surprised that no-one else has a problem. Recent live/net iso's fail to install in lvm (haven't tried non-lvm). I cannot even chroot into existing m1 system with iso's later than ~146. KDE-Live 182 will not even boot: Starting D-Bus System Message Bus... [FAILED] Failed to start D-Bus System Message Bus. See 'systemctl status dbus.service' for details. Starting Avahi nDNS/DNS-SD Stack... [FAILED] Failed to start Avahi nDNS/DNS-SD Stack. see 'systemctl status avahi-daemon.service' for details. repeating ad-inifitum ... an excellent err msg as one has no control at this point. NET 182 will not install hanging at 3% .... see two newer iso's, #189.
