[opensuse-factory] All 32-bit builds of VirtualBox in Factory are now disabled

For some time, the i586 builds on Factory have been failing in unexplained ways. As no one has been able to answer my questions regarding the failure, I have decided to disable all 32-bit builds until I get an answer. By making this change, important changes for 64-bit systems will pass through to TW.
