Hello, You may have noticed build failure notifications are no longer sent to package maintainers and "build fail notification" messages are no longer sent to this list. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean everything is green in factory :) The factory status page is also broken. This was reported here: https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/issues/9904 Currently, 335 packages are either failing or are unresolvable in factory [1] - 1/4 are python packages. Among the common build failures: - endian.hpp was deprecated in boost 1.69 and is now gone, causing a couple build failures, see [2] or [3] for possible easy fix if upstream didn't react yet, - Linking errors caused by GCC10 changing defaults to -fno-common [4] If you see: "multiple definition of <some symbol> (symbol from plugin): (.text+0x0): first defined here", that's most likely caused by this change. - Some changes in vulkan are causing failures since june - a few failures are caused by the recent libexec change in factory As the status page is broken, you may check if there are pending requests in the devel project before trying to fix failures.
