Actually the same as Joachim in http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2014-03/msg00386.html Admins create users in the LDAP. So as there are 2 sources of truth, it is pointless to try to avoid clashing with 'useradd'. Instead, one can only minimize the possibility of clashes by reducing the number of local daemon users.
