[opensuse-factory] Resizing windows

HI Is this the correct way for the resizing to work? If i drag the the top corners of the window up, the cursor changes and moves to outside the window so disappearing out of view when you get to the top. i would have thought the cursor would need to be rotated 180% to point in the correct direction of travel and positioned in the window corner.
