[opensuse-factory] Feature request: add "Support: pbzip2" to factory prjconf

Hi: Will be cool if someone can add "Support: pbzip2" to factory build config, this version of bzip2 is capable of decompressing tarballs using multiple CPU and usually does the job twice as fast as the regular version. The package already contains rpm macros that redefine bzip2 macro so the build system can automatically use it.
