which I am sure is wrong, the latest version of python 3.11 is 3.11.7.
Looks like the shebang for the python scripts is not replaced correctly and rpm injects the wrong requirement. The %python3_install macro is doing the shebang replacement automatically now, so the manual fix in the spec file can be removed. I've created a request that should fix the issue: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1144111 Regards.
