When installing a Custom minimal X-Window install with IceWM as the default desktop, and geany as an editor, attempting to open a file invokes the Gtk+3 FileChooser which is display almost Full-Screen (on 1382x864) and is displayed Full-Height and cannot be resized when accessed in VM (virtualbox --headless). Alt+F8 is unresponsive to resize the dialog and the resize handle cannot be reached as the FileChooser is hidden behind the IceWM taskbar (you can reach the resize left-right, but not up-down because you are over the taskbar at that point)
It looks like another Gtk+3 SNAFU.
