[opensuse-factory] New package 'greybird-geeko-theme' -> Factory

Greetings y'all. greybird-geeko-theme is a modified version of greybird-theme with some openSUSE branding elements. It's relatively minor in terms of changes, but the subtle changes add more openSUSE branding to the Xfce desktop (or whatever desktop you use this theme on). It has a home in the upstream Shimmer project.
