In that case a glibc update was stopped in 15.2 staging as it broke rebuilding grep. We're still waiting for a fix there. Such things are kind of expected as long as the core from SLE hasn't stabilized enough yet. Part of the reason why 15.2 is still considered Alpha at this point.
