As of now I have no other information - maybe a SLE developer can answer? Delevopment of Leap is rolling until a certain point in time (Beta?), and Kernel finally comes from SLE side
Both Leap 15.2 and SLE15-SP2 will be based on 5.3 kernel.

We know 5.4 became LTS, but we'd backport all needed patches by ourselves in anyway, so this wouldn't make much difference.
