Clementine hasn't had a release based on Qt5 yet either, so won't be available anymore if/when Qt4 is dropped (unless they do a release till then of course). They have qt5 branch in their git repository however: https://github.com/clementine-player/Clementine/tree/qt5
Just like Amarok (and scribus)... The question is how usable/stable it is though, and how long it will take them to do a release. Although, as I noticed meanwhile, Clementine in Tumbleweed is already a (Qt5 based) git snapshot anyway, so this will of course not be affected by the Qt4 removal.
