OK, then you are indeed running factory. Just wanted to make sure. In future, it would be better to refer to your installation as factory, not as 11.3, just to avoid confusion. 11.3 will be what is eventually released. Currently it is pre-pre-pre-pre-pre-alpha :) My question remains though, are you sure you ran kmix as the user that was logged into KDE, and not as root?
