It is amazing how we had a nice desktop (KDE 3.5) and the next version is a step backwards. KDE 3.5 had both those features.
More proof KDE4 is not ready for use.
When you have a $100 dollars for development budget and you spend 85% of it on dumbing down working applications for new users (flipper -- no wait -- dolphin) then you only have 15 percent left to actually use on functionality and packaging the release.
