zypper in yast2-control-center-qt yast2-qt-pkg somehow populated applications in the starter. Also pulled were yast2-control-center, yast2-qt-branding-openSUSE, yast2-theme-openSUSE, yast2-branding-openSUSE & yast2-qt, 7 total packages.
